EACR Conferences has a strong reputation to uphold, and we’re pleased that our latest conference, “A Matter of Life or Death: From Basic Cell Death Mechanisms to Novel Cancer Treatments” (Amsterdam, 1 – 3 February 2018) did not disappoint!

We welcomed 150 participants from 30 different countries, and the feedback from participants and speakers was a pleasure to read. 100% of participants would recommend the conference to others, and the scientific quality got a 100% satisfaction rating.

Congratulations to the EACR Poster Prize winners: Saskia Suijkerbuijk and Anthony Tang and also to the EMBO Reports Poster Prize winners: Irene Fernandez-Duran and Agathe Dubuisson.

Participant feedback

“I found the meeting to be one of the best I have experienced in terms of up front and on-site organization, information and friendliness. It had a great balance of experienced and younger researchers. The aura was informal and very good for interactions at all levels.”

“The conference was excellent. I felt lucky to be there with so many people who are prospering in their fields.”

“It was amazing how people interacted with each other. The small meeting was incredible to offer this opportunity.”
